Here you will find the answers to the most frequently asked questions by our homeowners.  If you do not see an answer to a question you have, please email the appropriate Director and they will help you.

 

 

HOA Business

Treasurer

  • How much are the current HOA dues (assessment)?

  • How do I transfer my HOA membership when I sell my house?

 

  • How much does it cost to transfer my HOA dues (assessment) to the new homeowner when I sell my house?

Powderhorn Pool

  • How do I get pool passes?

    • Hover over the amenities tab

    • Click on pool

    • Scroll down

    • Click on the orange button that says powderhorn homeowners click HERE for pool pass application

    • Fill out the application and

      • Mail your application along with pictures of each household member to:  Powderhorn Pool Director, PO Box 951, Simpsonville, SC 29681 

      • You may also place everything in an envelope and drop it in the mail slot at the Powderhorn clubhouse

      • You may also email your information along with pictures of each household member ages 5 and older to powderhornpool@gmail.com  (Email is the preferred way for us to receive your pictures)

      • Include the ages of any household member under 13 years of age

 

  • Where can I find the rules for the pool?

  • What is this season’s pool schedule?

  • How do I purchase guest passes?

    • Guests passes will NOT be sold at the pool

    • If you must purchase a guest pass, please contact the Pool Director at powderhornpool@gmail.com

      • Guest passes will be processed on Mondays & Thursdays through June 30 and then Thursday only from July 1 through the end of the season and put up at the pool with the life guards the following day so please plan accordingly

    • Up to four (4) guest passes may be sold to each member upon request each month of the season

    • Guest passes are $5 for one (1) or four (4) for $15

    • Guest passes are for 1 person per guest pass for 1 day use

Recreational (Clubhouse & Tennis Courts)

 

 

  • How much do the tennis court keys cost?

    • It costs $25 to obtain a tennis court key which will be refunded after you turn the key back in when you move or if you no longer use it
